FIT & CRAFT P.C. handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
ORDERING WITH FIT & CRAFT
Minimum age
An order will not be accepted by FIT & CRAFT P.C. from anyone under the age of 18.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Please check the details thoroughly including the products ordered, delivery method, personal details and delivery address.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and FIT & CRAFT P.C. will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Thessaloniki, Greece and the language of the contract is English.
If you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days from the delivery of the email confirmation. To cancel your order, email [email protected] with your order details including transaction number and the reason for the cancellation.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, or that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
In some cases, merchandise displayed on the Site may not be available for purchase. FIT & CRAFT P.C. tries to maintain accurate information on the Site regarding product availability, size and pricing, however, FIT & CRAFT P.C. does not guarantee that any such information will be accurate. In addition, the actual colors of the products displayed on the Site will depend on the settings of your monitor, and FIT & CRAFT P.C. cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
PRICING POLICY
Prices shown on the site are in EUROS and are inclusive of 24% VAT. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price displayed on the site at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in the cases of obvious error. If you would like a quote on an ex-VAT price, or you require a VAT receipt please contact [email protected].
CUSTOM DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over this process as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, we recommend you to contact your local tax or customs authorities.
PAYMENT
FIT & CRAFT P.C. accepts payment via PayPal, VISA and MasterCard, Bank transfer and COD (available only for Greece).
Payment will be debited prior dispatch of the item. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to FIT & CRAFT P.C., we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We have 3 delivery options
Greece: FREE shipping for delivery between 1-2 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm
Europe: Standard or Express delivery from €8 for delivery between 1 and 5 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm.
Rest of world: International delivery from €15 for delivery between 2 and 5 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm.
All delivery times quoted are for delivery to Mainland Europe only. For delivery to other areas and overseas, please contact us at [email protected]. Delivery is only during and on working days on Monday to Friday, excepting Holidays.
Standard and Free delivery is made via a Courier Service with tracking. The times for delivery are estimates based on the Courier’s usual service times. FIT & CRAFT P.C. cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Courier Service or otherwise outside our direct control.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
To cancel an order, email [email protected] with details of your order, including your transaction number and your reason for cancelling. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to cancel your order. If you have already received your goods, you must return the goods to us in an unused condition with the original packaging. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We trust you will be happy with your FIT & CRAFT P.C. products, but if you need to return an item, please read and note the following.
Cancelling an order
If you cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your order, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact [email protected] quoting your order details and transaction number and the reason for the cancellation. Your payment will be returned to you via the same payment method used for the original transaction. FIT & CRAFT P.C. will endeavour to complete the refund as soon as practicable, within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. If you have already received your goods when you cancel your order, FIT & CRAFT P.C. require that you return the goods to us at FIT & CRAFT P.C. Returns, 4 Agnostou Stratioti, Thessaloniki, P.O 56626, Greece. Please return the product in a saleable condition and with any and all included (if any) accessories in the original packaging.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase from fitandcraft.com please contact [email protected] with your transaction number, order details, personal details and the reason for the return. FIT & CRAFT P.C. require that you return the goods to FIT & CRAFT P.C. Returns at 4 Agnostou Stratioti, Thessaloniki, P.O 56626, Greece. Please return the product in a saleable condition and with any and all (if any) included accessories in the original packaging. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of FIT & CRAFT P.C.. FIT & CRAFT P.C. will endeavour to complete the refund as soon as practicable, within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
Returning replacement goods
Once you receive the replacement, if you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days from receipt of the replacement goods to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please see Cancelling an order above. Please return the faulty item to FIT & CRAFT P.C. Returns at 4 Agnostou Stratioti, Thessaloniki, P.O 56626, Greece. Please return the product and any and all included (if any) accessories in the original packaging. Once we have received the faulty goods we will refund you the delivery cost for your return of the goods.
