Mneme Dobby

The Mneme is a truly unique cut denim vest. We handcraft each one from an Japanese 100% cotton Sakiori Dobby 13oz. This fabric is made from indigo dyed yarns in various color gradations. We place two pockets on the bottom front side and one on the chest. The vest comes with four black buttons of eye type buttons. Finally, to give your vest our identity and craftsmanship, a special stitched hand embroidery has been added in the left front pocket.

Hint : The Mneme name comes from one of the ancient Greek muses. This was one of the three original (Boeotian) muses, along with her sisters Aoide and Melete before Arche and Thelxinoë were identified, increasing the number to five. Later, the Nine Olympian Muses were named. She was the muse of memory.
