PAYMENT OF ORDER
The price of each product will be the one set at any time on our site except in the cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all the prices on the website are accurate, however, errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is impossible to to contact you, we will assume that your order has been canceled and will be returned to you in full any amount you’ve paid. We do not have to supply any product at the wrong lowest price (even if we have you send the Confirmation of Delivery), if the error in the price is obvious and uncontested and can reasonably be identified by you as an incorrect price. Prices on our website include VAT but not any shipping costs, which are added to the total value as it appears in the checkout page. Prices may change at any time, however, subject to those specifically above immediately listed, any changes will not affect the orders for which you have already been sent an Order Confirmation. Once you’ve selected all the products you wish to buy, they will be added to your cart and the next step is to select shipping service and confirm the order by completing the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps in the purchase process by completing or verifying your information are requested at each step. Further, during the purchase process, before payment, you can change the details of your order.
Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, with PayPal, Bank transfer or Cash (Pay on delivery is only available for Greece). To minimize the possibility of unauthorized access, your card details and transaction will be encrypted and 3D secured. Credit cards are subject to validation and approval checks by your card issuer. If the publisher of your card does not authorize payment, we are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we can conclude a contract with you.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Fit & Craft P.C., the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Fit & Craft P.C. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
NON-EU SHIPMENTS
Orders to non-EU countries receive VAT exemption. FIT & CRAFT is not responsible for import fees or any other customs clearance costs. Please check with your local government about these additional costs before placing an order
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We have 3 delivery options
Greece: FREE shipping for delivery between 1-5 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm
Europe: Standard or Express delivery from €8 for delivery between 1 and 5 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm.
Rest of world: International delivery from €15 for delivery between 2 and 5 working days. Orders must be received by 3pm.
All delivery times quoted are for delivery to Mainland Europe only. For delivery to other areas and overseas, our courier service provides estimated delivery times. Delivery is only during and on working days on Monday to Friday, excepting Holidays.
Standard and Free delivery is made via a DHL Courier Service with tracking for all destinations. The times for delivery are estimates based on the Courier’s usual service times. FIT & CRAFT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Courier Service or otherwise outside our direct control.
*Please note that we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses, APO or other PO box addresses.
