WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Right of return:
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), except the shipping cost of your order.
All original packaging with pricing, labels, hangtags, invoice etc. must be intact and included in the returned box.
No effects such as tape or others are to be attached to the product or the products packaging.
Returns that do not comply with the above listed criteria will not be fully refunded. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service that it can be located.
If you wish to exchange an item for another colour or size contact us for the new item and return the original. Any difference upon the price will be charged or refunded (upon receipt and inspection) likewise. The shipping cost of this exchange will be additionally charged.
Warranty claims:
All FIT & CRAFT products come with a two year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact FIT & CRAFT. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.

REPAIRS
Repairs that need to be done to repair our fault will be done at our cost. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or give you a Credit Coupon for the last known retail value of the piece.
If repairs are required due to wear and tear, we will charge a fair charge that will be agreed beforehand. If the garmet has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter, when you’re in contact with us for the return number.
- Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Fit & Craft cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. Typical turnaround time for repairs – with shipping – is about two (2) weeks, but may be longer during busy times.
- Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.
